CET Group D mein isse 1โ€“2 questions aate hain. Ye topic students ko mushkil lagta hai, par ek LCM trick seekh lo to ye sabse aasan ban jata hai โ€” fractions ka jhanjhat hi khatam.

Chapter 2 (LCM) yahan kaam aayega. Bas ek soch pakad lo: "1 din mein kitna kaam" โ€” pura chapter isi par khada hai. Chalo! ๐Ÿ’ช

1. Base Idea โ€” "1 din ka kaam"

โญ Agar A pura kaam n din mein karta hai, to 1 din mein 1/n kaam karega Aur ulta bhi: 1 din mein 1/n kaam karta hai โ†’ pura kaam n din mein.
Saath mein kaam karein to 1 din ke kaam JOD do, phir ulta (reciprocal) kar do.
โœ๏ธ Solved Example (fraction method) โ€” A 10 din, B 15 din Step 1: 1 din ka kaam = 1/10 + 1/15 = 3/30 + 2/30 = 5/30 = 1/6
Step 2: Pura kaam = ulta karo = 6 din โœ“

2. LCM METHOD โ€” โญ Is chapter ka asli hathiyar

โญ Total kaam = dino ka LCM maan lo (units mein) Step 1: Total work = LCM of given days
Step 2: Har banda ki efficiency = Total work รท uske din (yaani 1 din mein kitne units)
Step 3: Efficiencies jodo/ghatao โ†’ Time = Total work รท total efficiency
โœ๏ธ Wahi Example LCM se โ€” A 10 din, B 15 din Step 1: Total work = LCM(10, 15) = 30 units
Step 2: A = 30/10 = 3 units/din ยท B = 30/15 = 2 units/din
Step 3: Saath mein 5 units/din โ†’ 30 รท 5 = 6 din โœ“
Fayda: Poore chapter mein ek bhi fraction nahi likhna padta!
โœ๏ธ Solved Example โ€” A 12 din, B 18 din Step 1: LCM(12, 18) = 36 units
Step 2: A = 3, B = 2 โ†’ saath = 5 units/din
Step 3: 36 รท 5 = 7.2 din (yaani 7โ…• din) โœ“

3. "Ek ka time nikalna" (ulta sawal)

โœ๏ธ Solved Example โ€” A+B saath 12 din, A akela 20 din. B akela? Step 1: LCM(12, 20) = 60 units
Step 2: (A+B) = 60/12 = 5 units/din ยท A = 60/20 = 3 units/din
Step 3: B = 5 โˆ’ 3 = 2 units/din โ†’ B akela = 60 รท 2 = 30 din โœ“

4. Efficiency (kaam karne ki taakat)

  • Efficiency aur time ka ULTA rishta hai โ€” jitna tez banda, utne kam din.
  • Agar A, B se x guna tez hai โ†’ A ka time = B ka time รท x.
  • Ratio ki bhasha mein: efficiency ratio a : b ho to time ratio b : a hota hai (Chapter 5 ka inverse proportion!).
โœ๏ธ Solved Example โ€” A, B se 25% zyada efficient. B 20 din leta hai. Step 1: Efficiency A : B = 125 : 100 = 5 : 4
Step 2: Time ratio ULTA = 4 : 5
Step 3: B = 20 din โ†’ 1 part = 4 din โ†’ A = 4 ร— 4 = 16 din โœ“

5. Aadmiโ€“Dinโ€“Kaam (M ร— D ร— H = Work)

โญ Mโ‚ ร— Dโ‚ ร— Hโ‚ / Wโ‚ = Mโ‚‚ ร— Dโ‚‚ ร— Hโ‚‚ / Wโ‚‚ M = aadmi, D = din, H = ghante roz, W = kaam ki maatra.
Solved Example: 8 aadmi 12 din mein kaam karte hain. 6 din mein karna ho to kitne aadmi?
Step 1: 8 ร— 12 = M ร— 6 โ†’ Step 2: M = 96/6 = 16 aadmi โœ“ (aadmi badhe โ†’ din ghate = inverse)

Step 1: Efficiency A : B = 2 : 1 โ†’ total 3 parts

Trick 2: Do bandon ka saath wala time (direct formula)
T = (a ร— b)/(a + b)
A 10, B 15 โ†’ (10ร—15)/(10+15) = 150/25 = 6 din. Sirf DO bandon par lagta hai โ€” teen ho to LCM method hi karo.
Trick 3: Efficiency โ†” Time hamesha ULTA
Efficiency 5:4 โ†’ Time 4:5
"25% zyada efficient" โ†’ efficiency 5:4 โ†’ time ratio ulta. Ratio palatna bhoolna sabse badi galti hai.
